Federal suit challenges Berkeley County sign law,ghd baratas
(AP)  A Berkeley County man has sued the county because it ordered him to remove religious signs from his yard,ghd outlet. District Court in Charleston challenges Berkeley County sign ordinance. Oscar Moultrie of Pineville says the ordinance violates his First Amendment rights,ghd eclipse.
The lawsuit says Moultrie had put up signs with religious messages from September 2009 to March 3, when he was ordered to obtain a permit, get a zoning change or remove the signs.
Berkeley County Attorney Nicole Ewing says she has not been served with the lawsuit, but is aware of it. Ewing would not talk about it.
