Supermodel Cara, 20 , has dumped up and coming singer Jake after five months.
Both of their careers are starting to take off so it must have been hard for them to find time to spend together. But I gather Jake,

A source close to Cara told me: "Jake is very upset. Cara is a great catch and lots of fun. She definitely won't have any trouble finding a replacement for him."
Leggy Cara is being touted as the next Kate Moss, while Nottingham born Jake dubbed the East Midlands Bob Dylan is crashing into the music scene after being nominated for Best Breakthrough Act at this year's Brit Awards.
They met through mutual pal RITA ORA,

The source added: "Cara's career is going so well so perhaps she's erring on the side of caution and concentrating on that.
"She weighed things up and with Jake's career taking off too,

It's not the first time Cara has dated a floppy haired young star,
