What are the physical symptoms of the final stages of death in the elderly? I know it is called mottling/modeling(?), but cannot remember what the stages are.Basically as the body shuts down the circulatory system fails. The first signs you'll notice are the extremeties (circulation decreases to the areas furthest from the heart).
