Fitchburg man charged with assault
FITCHBURG A Fitchburg man was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly punched,
moncler jas, strangled and threw a glass marijuana pipe at his girlfriend when she complained he was watching too much TV,

Justin Zibkowski,
moncler jassen, 25, of 21 Worcester St., is charged with assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit a crime (murder) and assault to murder.
Later that morning, when he was driving her to her home in Westminster,

moncler jassen, tried to strangle her twice and punched her again. Police noted the woman had redness, swelling and minor abrasions on her face,
moncler outlet, hands and neck when she went to the police station later in the day to report what had allegedly occurred.
Zibkowski was released on personal recognizance with pretrial conditions that he be placed on GPS monitoring and home confinement for two weeks. He was also ordered to stay away from and have no contact with the alleged victim.
