Your Motivation Right Now
We're always talking about ways to keep ourselves motivated during our quest for health, but many of us have our own motivation that does not require expensive gadgets and cool new gear. From wanting to look good in bikinis this Summer,timberland, to running half marathons,nike scarpe, to wanting to look good when we're 80 years old, we've all got our reasons for getting fit. I'm curious to hear what's motivating you to get healthy right now, so speak up and share your stories below. I'm with annikarae. I have always had a terrible body image, mostly due to critique from a young age from my mother. A few years ago,moncler piumini, I got really depressed and made a big change in my life. I lost 40 pounds and felt great! And I kept it off for two years, but this past year it has been creeping back on. I don't know how, probably because my 20 years of dieting has thrown my metabolism into constant sleep mode. It just unfortunately a life style change. It stinks that in order to maintain a healthy weight I have to basically cut 90% of carbs, and eat 15 servings of veggies a day. Greatly reducing amounts of caloric intake. Oh well, such is life.

In an attempt to maintain my sanity. Life and work are hard,scarpe hogan outlet, and having an hour a day walking/running/biking outside in the gorgeous world is keeping me sane. I like that I've walked half marathons and run 5ks,mbt, and when I'm there I feel part of a community of people trying to be more than just themselves.
